Mr. Thibodeaux did our inspection for our new home. Was quick to schedule. VERY thorough! Spent several hours going over the home. Afterwards was very thorough in going over each item and letting us know what needed to be done. Made sure we all understood everything. He was great!

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Ricky Thibodeaux and his company. He is thorough with a capital T and he is very knowledgeable as well. He really seems to care about his customers as if he were buying the home for himself. He also does an amazing job of explaining and articulating any issues he finds in his inspection. I highly recommend them!!!

I have used Thibodeaux Inspection Services twice - once for a home inspection and once for a commercial property inspection.
