Charlie Genin and his team did a fantastic job on our architecturally designed custom home. Charlie has an eye for detail, and kept our project on time and on budget with weekly updates. Charlie's tradesmen are top-notch; his inhouse team know construction management and tradesmen supervision, and his experience worked to our benefit on many design enhancements and construction workarounds. We were in line to with 4 builder in SugarMill Pond. The Gen Group was our first and after the meeting we decided to use this construction company. Very knowledgeable, listen to your what's, needs and interest. Someone always answered our calls or text. We love our home and we have been told that we have a beautiful home.
