Waited for 2 hour in the empty lobby then 1 hour in the room, for the doctor to show up on laptop and tell me the results of my lab tests and not actually diagnose me with anything after paying out of pocket seeking emergency care

Worst place you could ever go. My grandchild had 100.7 fever for the entire 3 hours waiting to be seen by a provider & they never came in the room to give him Tylenol of anything . Please if you want to live to see another day please go to a place that value life.

Don’t go around lunch time. It doesn’t say it when you look up their hours but they are closed for an hour for lunch.We rushed over there today because one of my guys shot a nail through his hand and we couldn’t get it out. When we got there we found the doors locked and a sign on the door saying they were closed for another hour. There was a lady on the other side with her arms crossed and what looked like an attitude that just kept telling us to read the sign. It was obvious that my guy was in a lot of pain and they wouldn’t even let us start the check in process or anything.
