Worked with Alix to fix hip issues. I immediately felt relief. She also gave me tools to remain healthy and strong. I now take Pilates class with Charley Love her classes! She is so friendly and positive.

I was in a car accident a couple of years ago and my road to recovery has been long and at times challenging. I had PT with Alix and also incorporated pilate classes with Charley into my weekly schedule. My goal was to be able to walk without a cane. PT and pilates classes strengthened my core and legs and now I am cane free! Thanks Integrated Physical Therapy!

I love pilates with Shonda! She challenges me but I never have to put any strain on my back. I had back surgery 9 moths ago and was worried about putting too much strain on my back but needed to strengthen my core and become more flexible. I am able to do all of that now!
