I called Pelican to schedule a mold inspection and instead of booking it and taking my money for an inspection I probably didn't need... the gentleman who answered the phone spent over half an hour of his time helping me get to the root cause of my issue! I appreciate the time he took to explain things free of charge and helping me save money!!!
