Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center

The coffee shop was closed at 2:30. No hours of operation anywhere. Door was unlocked but lights off. When I asked at the front desk is there anyone working in there he replied oh its closed for the day. Granted it’s a hospital coffee shop but that’s disappointing to be closed at 2:30 in the afternoon.

I had an incident at work. And I was immediately transported to Ochsners. They took care of me like no other hospital ever did in my experience at hospitals. This was my first time spending a night at a hospital outside of a mental hospital. They had the most amazing nurses and doctors. I 100% recommend them. No matter what’s going on they can take care of you and get you out as quick as possible. Thank you Oschners from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

This was my wife’s first pregnancy, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Celia as our labor and delivery nurse. She was absolutely amazing. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and she gave us clarity and reassurance every step of the way. Celia truly went above and beyond in everything she did, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel calm and manageable. We are so grateful for her care, compassion, and dedication, and she made a lasting impact on our family during such a special time.
