My son loves Redemption Martial Arts! Being a 12 year old who is more comfortable behind a computer or video game, we weren’t sure how well he would do.
He looks forward to classes twice a week, and loves the structure of learning and mastering the new techniques. He’s also thrilled with the new friendships he’s made.
As parents, we love the family style atmosphere of the gym. If you’re there, you’re family. Everyone is rooting for you, cheering you on, and pulling for you to succeed. The kids feel that camaraderie, the young adults feel it too. It makes a big difference. We l❤️ve Redemption!

When I started my martial arts journey back in 2007 I met Cody Begnaud who is now the owner and chief instructor of Redemption Martial Arts and Fitness. I’ve always looked up to him as he ranked to 2nd degree black belt.
I highly recommend if you are in Duson/ Lafayette area and looking for a great leader for yourself and/or your kids with self defense training…don’t hesitate to join Redemption.
