This salon is the best I've tried. Truly polite people and very good pricing PLUS a great job always Update: today I had a 1pm appointment. I sat in my car until 1:10, when they called me in. There were two techs, one doing nails and one doing a pedi. They started my foot bath and I stayed in it for 40 minutes, all the while as though I was invisible. No one assured me it wouldn't have been much longer. I don't know why anyone should bother to make an appointment then not be waited on. I was very disappointed as I'd not been able to get a pedi yin 6 months. This was always my favored salon but I'm afraid I'll pass in the future. Van is great with pedicures. However, she pass me off to another lady to do my manicure and she was awful. I haven’t done a mani/pedi since March 2020, Covid-19. This older women didn’t even cut my cuticles. I know after having a mani since March “plenty dead & dry cuticles “. They are still dry and she soak my hands in warm water only. Please don’t ruin your business this lady needs to do her job.
