Kristi is not only an amazing CE teacher but she is super fun! I have not received a massage from her (other than at the CE class) but her gentle sprit calms me immediately! Definitely worth being around her for many reason!
I have been going to Kristi on and off for about 5 years. She is the best! I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and she immediately gives me relief through her massage techniques. I appreciate her so much and I'm so excited she is massaging again! Oh and I love about an hour away but it's worth the drive for a massage from her.
Caitlin does a wonderfully relaxing body and foot massage. Also, when needed, she will work to reduce and relieve muscle pain from exercise. She is great!
