They took such amazing care of my Pasta. My pug got into a pack of gum ( which contained xylitol). I know as dog parents we are always worried about chocolate being deadly, that we sometimes forget about the others. Xylitol is highly toxic to dogs and its found in so many household items other than just food items. After realizing she ingested the gum, I called right away and they had me come right in. The second I walked in the door they took her straight to the back to start treating her. If it wasn't for them acting so swiftly I dont think we would have the outcome we did. Thank you to the whole staff for saving my Pasta.

I couldn't be more grateful to the staff at LAEC for saving my 13 week-old Tate's life. Despite 2 rounds of puppy vaccinations, he contracted the dreaded Parvo virus. They used monoclonal antibodies (CPMA) and supportive therapy to help him pull through. I'm watching him now, playing joyfully with my Lab, and I'm a little teary eyed. The staff treated him like a star and didn't mind when I called at 2AM to see how he was doing. If your fur baby is having an emergency, don't hesitate to take them to LAEC.
