I can honestly say that I have received great customer service from the time I started visiting their store without fully having intentions of purchasing at the time. I have purchased wedding bands etc. Not one item that I have purchased ever once had any issues. Issues such as, the clarity of diamonds revealing any flaws nor color distortions. If something may have needed repairs, intrigue always was able to restore my jewelry back in a timely manner.
