Just started Pilates classes and absolutely love the workout. It has been a while since I have had a regular exercise routine. The instructors are very helpful and accommodations are easy to make as I gradually build up my strength. Love the class sizes and the low impact workout. It can be as hard or as easy as you need it. Facilities are nice and clean. Highly recommend!
My favorite Pilates studio! Ultra friendly staff and clients, challenging classes, and the best stretches. Better than Club Pilates in my opinion. Check them out! Your body will thank you.
I'm so glad my daughter and I found this place.There are parts of some classes that are a bit challenging. But we have wonderful instructors who help us find ways to modify those parts of the class so we can still benefit from all of our workouts. I really do enjoy the classes. So happy I joined.
