“Had excellent service today with my 93 old mother. Acadian Ambulance EMT's were very professional and followed our on call instructions perfectly. Thank You - However I do have a concern in that I received a call on my cell from a random Lafayette # which I did not answer. I doubt I am the only one who doesn't answer random out of town #'s on their cell. It would be nice if Acadian On Call came up on my phone and not a random #. I did call customer service to ask about that and she said that they calls come from their dispatch and are many #'s they use. It seems like in todays world their Number would show on your phone as Acadian On Call. thank you“
