I had an amazing shopping experience at Facets in Lafayette! The selection of appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting is fantastic – they have so many unique and high-quality options to choose from. But what really made the visit special was the incredible customer service from Jen and Brooke. They were both so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed for my new home. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Facets to anyone looking for top-notch service and a beautiful selection!
4 years ago we did a huge renovation and got all of our plumbing fixtures from LCR. We had an issue with our kitchen sink spray hose and Brooke went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Thank you all so much for the expert service and most wonderful selection in town!
