I recently moved to Lafayette from a small rural area and decided that I needed a security system. After checking my options, and being observant in my neighborhood, I decided to go with Electronic Protection Systems (EPS). They are a local company, which to me means that they will provide better service than a bloated national company that cannot keep track of scammers in their employ, which I was unfortunate to experience.Not so with EPS! Each person I had the pleasure of working with was professional, courteous, and helpful!If you are new to Lafayette, use local companies for all of your needs- and definitely use EPS for your security needs!

Steve is just wonderful!!!! We have had EPS for 6 years now and he has always been the one to come out and help us. He is always readily available. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable with his work but he is a very pleasant person to talk to. He is so sweet and patient with our toddler and our two small dogs. Any question or problem that we ever have is always solved by Steve. He is an upstanding man and a dang good employee!!

I have been at my residence for 2 and a half years and had little trouble with system arming and disarming remotely from my phone. I decided to call. I received a call immediately saying a technician is in route to my residence. The technician figured out my system needed an upgrade. He came back 4 days later and completely fixed my entire system. My system works perfectly now.The technicians name is Luke. Outstanding guy. Very professional.
