I've been using Dry Clean Super Center consistently for a few months now but have always gone to them for any special fabric cleaning. I've never had an issue, the staff have always been friendly, my clothes are ready when promised, and everything comes out pristine clean. I’ve been in Lafayette for two months for work and have been going to a dry cleaner across from my hotel. I went today at 1115am on a Friday and they said they couldn’t have it ready until end of day Monday, went to another place and they said the same thing. I offered to tip, pay extra all of that and they said no couldn’t do it. Came here at 1130am from a suggestion of the front desk after the two others were no good and this place accepted it no problem on top of that they are going to deliver it to the hotel by the end of the day. I promise frank and fabio are not telling the whole story. I am a manager at one location that has the same owner. Be careful how you take the complaints of these "customers". I remember one of these instances. The damage was not done at the store. Once a customer does not hear what they want to hear, then the business is horrible. One of these gentlemen (or both) wanted what they wanted and wanted it then. After they did not get what the "thought" they were entitled to, the ignorance commenced.
