Worst Experience I Ever Had!! To begin the dentist was exstremly unprofessional and did not introduce himself and was mean and rude and very aggressive checking my teeth and seem to be in a hurry.the office staff seem upset with and looked like they wanted to fight or jump me.i was in the office 4 hours before I was seen by Dr Luan Nguyen I wasn't sure if I would be seen and felt asleep in the chair.This is what happens next the office decided to charge me a rate that is not a contracted rate with my insurance company they decided to charge me double + see the treatment plan below

I've been coming here since I was a kid. I've had multiple services here besides traditional cleaning or checkups and never had an ill experience. Dr. Chambers and crew always do a great job and I always have a pleasant experience.

I was excited about making an appointment at this place initially because of the hours--7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Well I called at 7:30 and still I was only able to reach a recording. This happened until after 8:00. Apparently the hours are deceptive. Anyway after finally talking to someone and making an appointment, giving my insurance information, personal information, etc, I was told when the insurance verifier would arrive, she would call me to let me know whether they accepted my insurance or not. This was on a Wednesday. Thursday came--no call. Friday came--no call. Monday morning I decided to call to see if someone knew anything yet. The woman who answered claimed the verifier verifies closer to the appointment. Being that I can miss work only on certain days like a lot of us, that's no good. I would have not had any time to make an appointment on that same day I had planned off as a new patient elsewhere. I did not receive any confirmation via email, text, or anything unlike all other doctors' offices where my appointments are made. I think maybe a meeting would be desirable to explore ways to better serve customers in a timely manner.
