They blew my breaker and it messed up my outside fridge. Told them it was workin before they got there and it wasn’t after the breaker blew. Kent sent a guy there to take pictures of it and they said it was old and I didn’t have it in a gfci plug in and that they wasn’t responsible for it even tho they were the cause of it. We used Doucet services in the flood of 2016. It took over 10 months for the work to be finished, and even then when we moved back in the house was not finished. We had concrete floors, no cabinets, and no appliances. We have continued to find issues with the home. First the laminate floors had multiple gaps because they were not installed correctly. The floor around our sliding door was never even finished and you could see the padding beneath it. The bathtub was cracked during installation and it was never repaired. I called Chuck multiple times and he ignored my calls or gave me some story about all of his guys quitting. Several of my husband's tools walked off... read full review
