I am extremely happy at how professional and caring this company is. Exceptional customer service which we know in this economy is hard to find. He came from out of town to help an AC outage and I’m forever grateful. Thank you for all your help! Make this your choice, you won’t regret the experience.
I have had services from Dalton's for several years for my 2 houses. New air conditioners in both - extremely satisfied with their professionalism and good quality product and their installation. Who else takes 24 hr calls for help! They always come by when I have need and prompt, knowledgeable and polite. Very fair prices! They go the extra mile for customers!
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Dalton's for an estimate on possible replacement of our units inside and out. The office staff was so kind and helpful to my stressed out wife and the technician was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable when I met with him. Though we did not decide to have the replacement scheduled due to the age of the home, we absolutely can't say enough about the quality of service provided. They did not charge a service call fee since no work was completed and in today's economy with so many people struggling that was so generous of them.
