I love bringing my Shelby girl to this clinic. Dr. Jake, Laura, Nikki, and everyone there treats us like family every time we visit. Dr. Jake explains things in layman's terms and really takes the time to address any concerns and questions I may have about any and everything. General vet services are extremely affordable compared to other clinics in my opinion. They make time for us no matter my schedule, whether that's squeezing in an exam on surgery day, refilling meds extremely fast, or getting back to me with questions I may have over the phone. We have never had a bad experience in the 5 years I've been going here. Highly recommend bringing your fur family here!
We just had our first visit to Congress Animal Hospital. After 25+ years at our old vet, we decided we needed a change. Dr. Thibeaux came highly recommended by our former vet (not currently practicing). We were extremely pleased with our visit. There was zero “upselling”. Our dog was a little anxious, but both Dr. Thibeaux & his assistant did an amazing job putting Charlie at ease. A few days later we even received a HAND WRITTEN thank you note from Dr. Thibeaux! We are so happy with our choice to move to Congress Animal Hospital & highly recommend them!
Everyone working at Congress Animal Hospital is so kind. I never feel like they are trying to “push” or “up sell” anything. They just give you plain facts and options for any treatments and products they are presenting. I also find they are very reasonably priced. We will continue to bring our three dogs here and recommend it highly.
