I always go there for my eyebrows it’s been 5 months they have great service! Very welcoming and the girls do amazing job! I always do my full face wax and never disappointed! Every time they do great! For your information they do threading/ facial/ lashes/tint

Unbelievable the lady made the ladies in front of Me wait an hour! Now I was in line maybe 15mins with 9 people waiting a hour unacceptable!! Then she waited until Victoria comes in which is 4PM to reopen and not only that she was not willing too help her get the line down!!!! someone in management needs too handle this bc this has been going on way too long!!! The management needs rotate them two one week one work 1st next work nights!! Not only that she took a break from 3-4PM AND DIDN'T GREET THE COUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS!!! DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TOO take a hour break with 9 people waiting and before your coworker comes in! Why not reopen in 15 minutes get these customers out and help your coworker out!!!!! SO TECHNICALLY SHE ONLY WORK 3HOURS INSTEAD OF 4!!! IM SICK OF THIS LADY CHELSEA SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE BC ITS DEFINITELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR THIS MADNESS!!!
