Me and my husband went to ASHERO spa for the first time yesterday. We chose the romantic getaway as it was our anniversary, and from the very time we walked through the door we felt welcomed, comfortable and catered to. The receptionist (I did not catch her name) is who I actually spoke to yesterday morning when I booked, she was so friendly and made sure to slide us in last minute.. from just the conversation over the phone with her I knew we chose the right place! It was our anniversary and Black Friday. We had no plans for anniversary but thought last minute to call for a couples massage. Ashero answered the call in more ways than one. The actually picked up phone and very pleasant to speak with and more importantly got us an appointment the same day. When we walked in they knew who we were and remembered the things we talked about on phone so very customer service friendly. The massage was amazing! Kierra does an amazing job and was by far the best massage received in years. Totally recommend the place and specifically Kierra!

One of the best facials/massage service I have ever experienced! I had the "Euro-Facial" the esthetician was amazing, clean, and made me feel comfortable! The womens changing area was clean and up to date....I highly recommend this spa!
