Ascend Wellness Studio is a Holistic and Integral wellness center located in the heart of Lafayette, Louisiana. Founded by Ben Holt and Kendyl Thomas, Ascend offers several exclusive wellness offerings including Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Massage, Contrast Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Holistic coaching, NLP & Hypnotherapy, Esthetics, and more, Ascend is the first of its kind in south Louisiana providing the community of Acadiana a one-stop-shop for all of its health and wellness needs. The studio space also features a large Yoga studio hosting consistent yoga classes of all kinds and unique workshops with world-class wellness facilitators.
