I had 4 kids with me when our suv was towed. I paid for the spot and even paid for an additional hr, just to assure that we wouldn’t be towed. Lo and behold we were towed anyway for absolutely no reason & just left sitting in a dark parking lot downtown. I spoke to 3 different people within the company & no one seemed to have any sort of answers, much less even care at all AND I was told that it would cost almost $300 to get our suv back. After finally making it back home the owner called me apologizing for the whole situation & saying that "he doesn’t like how the situation was handled” & how he wanted to make things right. Absolutely horrible company. Towed a friend's vehicle that was legally parked and paid. She was by herself with her 2 year old and the person towing was completely rude. Complete trash company.

My daughter and I went eat at agave on Bertrand. Mardi Gras was going on. I walked out of the restaurant at 1:25-1:30ish and walked my daughter around. We had zero intent to leave my vehicle since she was scared of noise across street. 10-15 minutes later we were walking to my truck, I even started it since I was not far away. In that time frame my truck was lifted on a flat bed, I went to the truck and talked the driver. Did I mention I started my truck? I told him the situation, that we did not go parading or to the fair because and he did not want to hear it. I even tried to show my receipt.
