Dr. Jake explains things in layman's terms and really takes the time to address any concerns and questions I may have about any and everything. General vet services are extremely affordable compared to other clinics in my opinion. They make time for us no matter my schedule, whether that's squeezing in an exam on surgery day, refilling meds extremely fast, or getting back to me with questions I may have over the phone.
