    My oldest daughter has been attending karate here for early 2 years now. She enjoys the training, learning moves and all that fun stuff but I am seeing some development in discipline for her as well. Sensei Stacy and Shihan (spelling?) are tough but fair. I am looking forward to my daughter earning her belts and I suspect she will get to black belt as well.

We teach a mixed martial arts curriculum that focuses on life skills such as discipline, focus, respect, self esteem and leadership. Our time tested curriculum for over 44 years focuses on age appropriate classes that teach real self defense including standup and ground self defense strategies. We teach classes year round starting at the at age of 5 and up!
