My wife and I are very particular on who we hire for a contractor job. Especially when it comes to a maintenance repair we haven't deal with in the past. Unfortunately, our A/C went down after ten months of purchasing our first home in Katy, TX. After some research online, we found Shane's A/C & Heat company. We verified that he was licensed & insured by the state. His services offered were in range to what our A/C problem could have. We decided to schedule Mr. Shane to get a free estimate and tell us what our A/C problem was. Shane, came the very next day and send us a message when he was on the way and did not make us wait all day. Gave us a detail explanation of the A/C problem, along with all the options we had. Shane was very friendly, professional and patient with some of our d*** questions, LOL. But, also being that my wife and I are first-time homeowners, we are cost-conscious. So, not only did we got an affordable and comfortable payment option for the repair but we got our A/C running again in less than a day.
