I have been coming to Victoria for the past 3 years and I truly can’t describe how beautifully she works on my lashes! I always feel like a brand new woman after getting my lashes done. She is the best in the Greater New Orleans area! I highly recommend. She also gives nice treats at the end of your lash session!
