I have AHS and they assigned TradeMasters. They were quick at setting an appointment, the technician showed up when expected. He was very professional and communicated the problem clearly. He did a very good job of fixing the problem. I would recommend them.

My last 2 experiences with Trademasters have been excellent. Within 15 minutes of American Homeshield assigning them to our repair, we received a text and email from them offering an appt time. Both times, the appt was within 24 hours. The techs who showed up on both appointments were professional and knowledgeable, and repaired our issue same day (one was a broken part on our heaters and the other was a clogged drain). We will request them again when calling American Homeshield for AC/Heat repairs.

American home shield is the company I deal with my AC was started broke down in June they had trade Master come out the repair of my air conditioner first time they came the gentleman said nothing was wrong he said the air conditioning unit in the Attic needed to be cleaned and it will cost me 1215 I paid the gentleman my air conditioner broke down again I called American home shield then turn told me they would send somebody out and when he sent somebody out it was trade Master again once again nothing was done I had to call him and call him and he never responded I'm out of 1215 for no repairs that they were made I want to know how I can get my money they don't they...read full review
