When I say my experience was a whole vibe that describes it lightly. From the minute I walked in, Karen made me feel so at home. I’d never been waxed before so I didn’t know what to expect. She explained everything step by step and went over and beyond to provide exceptional services. Extremely compassionate and funny as heck! I laughed the entire time which I appreciated because I’m naturally a high strung individual and tense so it took the edge off. Can’t wait to get back.
