Lack of follow through resulting in delay of receiving the therapy prescribed. Very disappointing. Office staff not professional. Uncertain about the care quality since I was never called after stopping in and informed that I should expect a phone call that afternoon. I was also discouraged with the info received regarding not having space/time for seeing me. I suspect they have too many patients and short on staff but providing this information could have been conveyed differently and surely shouldn't have committed to calling and then didn't.

I want it publicly known that reviewer "Richard S.", who is unknown to me or our clinic, has been given the opportunity to explain himself on why he would attempt to defame my name and character on Yelp! After ample time, he has not replied to my private message and as such I can only believe his intent was malicious. The staff at our clinic know what he has said is inappropriate nonsense, in particular the reference to my interactions with females in the clinic. I felt the need to address this as I do not believe in hiding behind a computer and trying to demean an individual or business as he has done.

Craig and Teddy are outstanding! Craig is one of the best PT's in greater New Orleans area and possibly the state!!! Teddy is a great back PT. The staff of technicians and office workers are always helping you with anything and everything. I've had nothing but excellent care and recovery and I send all my family and friends there.
