I really can’t say enough good things about Silver Linings! The staff and doctors are top notch. From the moment you enter the doors, everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is very aesthetic and welcoming. The care they gave my 13 year old son was amazing. He was nervous and anxious, and had to have a big repair from a bike accident involving several teeth, and three other minor cavity repairs. Prior to this accident, he had a similar accident years ago, and his dental experience somewhere else was painful and honestly the cosmetic repair was subpar. We were examined by one of the dentists and had a cleaning and X-rays by Renn (Amazing) Everyone was so patient and compassionate with my son regardless of his fears and apprehension. We got a treatment plan and there wasn’t a push for any unnecessary procedures and scheduled for the next day. We returned and once again were greeted by the staff in the same wonderful manner, and the repairs were completed by Dr. Nguyen. He was patient and calming with my son who is normally tough as nails until it comes to dental drills and shots. He took his time, answered questions, gave my son breaks, and worked hard to achieve an amazing outcome that we were all happy with. You could tell he takes pride in the work he does and everyone who has seen my sons’ repair and has commented how wonderful it looks and that they didn’t expect it to be so perfect!
