Technician didn't return when he promised.They show up without giving an ETA and you have to wait for them all day.1st technician gave a different diagnosis then 2nd technician.Would definitely not recommend them to anyone

Couldn’t be happier with the knowledge and service level of Jimmy and his team. After Hurricane Ida, he came out and evaluated the my system, deemed it inoperable, and quoted me for a comparable replacement system. He worked within my timeline and schedule among the many other customers he had at the time, and had us back up and running on the day we asked. I strongly believe in supporting local business. And with Rex in our backyard, I’ll sleep easier at night knowing my family is in good hands! I highly recommend Rex to anyone needed anything from a completely new system to annual maintenance.
