I did a credit application at Luckmore and was discriminated against so I filed an CFPB complaint. They falsely claimed they offered a counteroffer on a government site and ask that I give them a call. I called and made a counteroffer that they agreed with but never called me back, I had to call them back several times. Was told today on 12/13/22 by the manger Steve, that he would call me back in 5 minutes after speaking to Adam the owner, he stated he would call me back rather he talked to Adam or not. I got approved through Luckmore for 3500 hundred dollars to buy a car. It wasn’t enough to buy the car I wanted from value mart. So I found one at another dealership for 4500 dollars. The guy that’s working with me (Rodney) is giving me the run around. Whenever I call to talk to him, he is always giving me different excuses. And he is not forthcoming about anything. I just need transportation to get back and forth to work. He is always smirking on the phone. I would not use this company for anything
