LCMC Health Urgent Care - Kenner

All staff were attentive and respectful. The NP, Nurse, and MA were all knowledgeable and provided great care using excellent bedside manner's. It took a little longer for Michelle to feel better, than staff and myself anticipated, but she was able to attend school Friday and she’s looking much better today. Thankful for her medical treatment per LCMC Urgent care in Kenner. Your Team is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your excellent service.

Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Waiting time was reasonable. Nurse and physician were excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a same day doctor visit.

My experience was amazing. The receptionist is amazing, compassionate and very kind. The nurse or doctor (Jensen F.) on call was very approachable, she listened to my concerns and wanted to make sure to give me relief. Told me if I needed anything else to no hesitate in calling her. I will always come here first before going to an emergency room.
