I called trying to get an shaft mixer part for my ice block maker, and they were not helpful at all. I offered Tracy the model and serial number so they could locate which part I needed, but she said I would have to measure it. She said she could not do anything with the model number which didn’t make sense to me because most companies are able to track down what parts they used for a machine using that identifying info. I asked to speak to the manger, and the phone was given to Amanda. She literally hung up in my face, and wouldn’t even answer the phone when I called back. Very nice staff. Very helpful and walked me through setting up my block ice machine. A lady even called to make sure my opening went well and my machine was working as expected. I wish more people in customer service were as nice and helpful as the staff here.

Amanda made my sno block machine purchase flawless. She was very helpful and answered any questions I had. I even called her cell on a Saturday right before our opening and she calmed me down and walked me through what I needed to know. I highly recommend buying from them
