Technician was not clear, and did not explain work that was performed prior to completing the work... Several days later, A/C system STILL does not cool properly... Tried to contact the company MULTIPLE times and have been ghosted by them... No Response!!!! They happily charged me $800 but fail to follow up on their work... I even called the owner, Darryl DeGeorge, and have left multiple voice and text messages, but have not heard anything back from anyone !!!Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

Poor diagnostics & troubleshooting I paid 800 to have a motor replaced that wasn't bad couldn't fix problem.If your gonna use them I would make it a new install not repairs.Services: HVAC system repair

Buyer beware.... the guy refuses to acknowledge any responsibility for not registering a unit he installed, yet when I called the manufacturer, they never asked for house ownership proof or my name either. So I eat $5400 because a unit was not registered for a FREE extended warranty of five years. Go figure.. New Orleans is full of all types of people.. and getting screwed by a contractor or the AC guy is nothing new.. hence... buyer beware.
