Staff and vets were wonderful!. Our visiting guests had their dog prescribed the wrong pills by their vet at home and their dog was in an emergency situation. They saw their dog right away. Would highly recommend this veterinary hospital.
Our beloved Rocky Dog Short was six weeks old when we first took him to the Chateau Veterinary Hospital, 18 years ago. We were blessed to have so much time with such a wonderful dog, and he was blessed to have good health. These last couple of years his age was catching up with him, and no matter how big the issue, Chateau Veterinary Hospital was always there to handle the medical problems. Throughout all these years, Rocky could not have received better care anywhere. Last Wednesday our baby collapsed and I rushed him to Chateau Veterinary Hospital. First visit. Was able to get an appointment the very next day, first thing. Very accommodating from front of the house and back of the house. Jaël was given a bandana that was sprayed with a calming solution for her nerves. EVERYONE is welcoming and gentle with her. She was seen immediately. They had already obtained her record from her previous provider. She was spoiled with treats and babied. Super attentive and caring. Was a bit more expensive than her previous vet in Texas. Would still highly recommend.
