Chateau Veterinary Hospital: Nix Violet DVM

We are new to this hospital. I had my service dog's records because we moved to the area. Unfortunately before having a chance of a wellness visit, we needed to put our baby to sleep. Everyone, front desk-to-techs-to-doctor. I was heartbroken. They were so supportive. 2 days after, I received a card from them. Sweet right? Yes! But, read the card that the doctor hand wrote to me. This was a beautiful act of Kindness. Not knowing me, my husband and our baby, it was very touching. When the day comes, where we are ready to add to our lives, we will absolutely use this animal hospital.

I was very happy with the care and friendliness of everyone. My new puppy Snickers was very happy and loved all the treats he got while not even blinking over first shots.. I was happy. It would be nice to get a pic of my pup since I didn't see it though... Otherwise it was a first great experience

The team at Chateau are unbelievable. They’re incredible with our dog, they truly seem to enjoy what they do. Every person we’ve worked with is amazing, you really feel their love for animals when you’re there. We can’t imagine a better place to take our girl when she’s in need of some help. Besides being really kind, and caring, the team is extremely knowledgeable and whether it was a skin issue, kennel cough, or even a mani/pedi, they do a great job. Can’t recommend them any higher, great vet!!!
