I reached out to clean a stain on my carpet. A service person named bob came over and stated he could clean the carpet with only water since it was 100 percent wool and the stain would come out. when the stain didnt come out he lied and said he told me he had to use a chemical. Bob is not a trustworthy person and doing business with a company without trust is a risk to consider before using this company.

I bought a house a few years ago that had tile throughout most of the place. Tile was dirty and I just wanted the floor cleaned and they mentioned the grout lines would be included too. The guys were on time, friendly and did a great job on cleaning. There was a huge difference, would recommend.

They came out to my house in the French Quarter and cleaned the carpet and did an amazing job!!! They are great with scheduling and very professional. My carpet never looked better!!! I will only use this company in the future.
