Daniel called me today to schedule an appointment for Monday January 1st. He called me 10 minutes later to ask if he could come today due to a cancellation. He arrived in 10 minutes and began the repair. He explained everything to my wife and I and repaired our refrigerator even repaired an additional problem. He also gave us instructions on how to prevent another issue. Daniel was on time, professional and fast !!! I needed a dryer part, thought he was coming to run just a diagnostic but to my surprise he had the belt on hand and was mid way finished by the time I arrived.
