“I called & spoke to Brittani who was very nice, came out & gave an in-home estimate for rekeying 4 doors, 7 locks altogether. I went with a different company bc I thought their quote came under ACME but I learned a hard lesson. There was a miscommunication with the other companies quote bc it was over the phone & not in person. When the other company came out to do the job that’s when I found out it was $40 more than what ACME quoted. I’m giving ACME 5 stars because of their kindness, quick in home free estimate & willing to come same day. I’m sorry I didn’t choose them. I will in the future!!“

“I called on Dec 28 with a request for help with a for a door lock and handle that was no longer functioning. They originally scheduled me of the next day, but a cancellation occurred and they fit me in on the same day. Professional service, helpful, and had what I needed. They gave me advice on a direction in which I will have a complete resolution to my issue with my old (20 year) lock and door handle. They are obviously more expensive than a "do it yourself", but I believe you are paying for their expertise, and they are very good at what they do. Worth every penny.
