From the employees who constructed the building, to the concrete workers, everything went smooth on the building process. The inspector was very pleasant as well. Our only issue was not having customer service, office staff, and the referral department respond professionally with clear communication via emails with questions about their referral and promotional item process. I ultimately had to make a phone call to have questions answered and process explained, however, overall the building is the most important part of the process and it could not have went any better for us. The entire process of having a building constructed could not have been easier. The crews were top notch, materials were excellent, and I had zero issues during or after construction. I recommended MALLETT to my daughter and son-in-law recently, so enough said!
