We were quoted $3800 from competitor ( original installer) for a 2 year old unit still under warranty, Trahan & Sons H&A was recommended so I called to get 2nd opinion. Trahan & Sons did a residential HVAC replacement, indoor & outdoor components for me. They showed up on time and ready to work, no wasted time or motion. They removed the old equipment, installed the new equipment, cleaned up and were on and off the worksite in 4 hours. They answered my questions when I had them and are very knowledgeable.
