Very patient and courteous staff. Doctor Powell and Frances were both professional and well knowledged. Would highly recommend this facility. They accept Medicare but dont accept Medicaid at this time, FYI.
Staff is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and kind.They are also very helpful and the office was very clean. Love how well mannered and respectful everyone was. Process to be checked out was very quick and efficient. Private pay option also did not break my bank.
I had a very good experience at Thibodaux Regional Urgent Care on St Charles St. In Houma. The staff was kind a d asked me all the right questions. The Physician's Assistant Chris treated me quickly but thoroughly.
