Terrible! Where do I start? Place was kind of busy, Security Guard in waiting area. Nurse said I could do a visit with a doctor through an IPAD. I elected to do so after being sick for 3-4 days with sore throat, sinus infection. Nia Walker, N.P., in Carencro was my physician. I tested negative for strep, but then was told my symptoms did not appear to be bacterial. (Not sure how she could tell that from a phone camera 200 miles away). I was denied any sort of treatment, and told I could take over the counter meds. I showed up needing med refills wasn't given half of them. This is proven meds and I can't get in to see my doctor till Tuesday the 20th. I'm expected to hurt for 11 days because Dr. Frances K. Crochet wouldn't prescribe tramadol. It's sad that I'm expected to suffer for 11 days
Worst doctor experience. But the nurses are so kind and brilliant. I went in today and the primary physician was really really busy. Which is understandable. The place was full. So when it was my turn. They offered a telehealth visit with Dr. Guidry. And I never been so undermined and disrespected by a physician. I have mild cerebral palsy. My motor function is very poor whenever I’m unwell. So I had to follow instructions but was physically limited. And just asked for the nurse to assist me. When I found out my Covid test results were positive. Dr. Guidry asked to speak with my father. Im 25 years old. And got him from the parking lot. To “inform him of my condition.”... read full review
