Ocean Surf Cleaners

Since the ownership changed, this place is just not the same. Customer service is horrible. I have been waited on while the staff was on FaceTime calls and while eating lunch - as in coming to the window while holding and chewing food. If you notice, all the positive reviews are from several years ago. If they weren’t the only dry cleaners in Thibodaux, Ocean Surf would probably be out of business.

i worked there and the manger of 311 and Thib is very rude and think she some type of queen for us to bend wards and jump when say but they yet still refused to give us a raise and then it’s the fact you have to pretty much be a suck up to be treated fair pay sucks because they make us close at 4 and i work 12-4 and my checks suck but the “Manger” said we can’t have no call outs keep the store clean ( obviously the store is clean ) which she will never know cause she never come down from thib ! the best part is we can’t let customers leave just because they don’t like the high prices over here so we have to convince them to stay ! ALL THAT FOR US TO GET A RAISE THATS MORE THAN LIKEY .50 cents so we do all this for 9.50 an hour that taxes will eat up ! she calls and then don’t hear us saying hello and she talking to another employee about her ONLY 2 employees she had at the time ! she is very rude an noisy wants to pretty much know everything the doctor tell u and calls another employee on to the appointment you would request off for ! GOOD LUCK IF YOU EVER WANT TO WORK THERE ILL GO BACK IF THEY GET A NEW MANGER OWNERS ARE REALLY COOL AND SWEET NOT THERE THIB MANGER THO

Just walked in to the store to be greeted by an employee smoking in the front door entrance. I have to say “excuse me” to be able to pass through the door. I place my bag on the counter. Second employee hears the phone ringing, passes me by, answers the phone, hangs up, walks away. Initial employee walks in, goes to register & asks my name & phone number. Give it to her & she tells me “No”. What?! No that’s not my name or my number or combination of both?! Walked out & will NEVER, EVER AGAIN step through their doors!
