“We were pretty sure we’d have to buy a new phone because the SIM card wouldn’t work in other devices, not just cracked screen. Brought our phone here on a Sunday at 5pm. Within 10 minutes the cracked screen was replaced & we were advised to wait to allow the phone to reset & it would be functioning normally. Best part, he could’ve sold us one of his refurbished phones instead, it was obvious we didn’t know any better. Cost $65 instead of $400-$630. Really appreciate his honesty.“
