Took my cat Jerry here while I lived in Houma. Every experience was positive; literally everyone who interacted with Jerry (and me) was incredibly gentle, understanding, and very professional. The kind people at the front desk remembered Jerry's name and it was clear that everyone here is an animal lover.
Quick story: my Jerry had some health issues that required frequent visits for a short period. I've taken my cats here for the last 5 years (a short gap when I moved but when I moved back to Houma, I came back). They are so great with all of my cats. I know the staff always has my animals' best interest in mind. I won't take my pets anywhere else. You start off with great workers at the front desk to the great workers who help handle your pets and then the great doctors they have. Even just sitting in the waiting room for 2 minutes, you can see how the staff treats other customers and their pets and it's super reassuring. I will not take my pets elsewhere!

We have been bringing our dogs to Marcello Vets since we moved to Houma 20 yrs ago. The staff have always been very caring and the Vets always go above & beyond. If youre looking for a friendly, caring practice to take your pets to then look no further!
