The entire process was smooth and professional. The house turned out better than we expected and we would definitely recommend Shumacher to anyone looking to build their dream home.
I absolutely love my new home!!!!! My site manager Clarence was very professional and only a phone call away... The entire Schumacher team made every attempt to make sure they was on target with helping me and my husband every step of the way during construction.
I can truly say my experience at Schumacher Homes could have been a nightmare but, first giving Glory to God and thanks to Judy Bevenung, Kim Mansur and Lenny our Contractor who made the experience much less than a bad experience. I will say there are still some good, honest, and professional people in this world and I had the pleasure of working with them to build our Forever Home!!
